Aku tak cukup tidur sebab baru sampai dari Kelantan pukul 730 pagi tadi. Mood mengantuk macam ni memang bagus untuk membambu orang. Email bengang yang aku hantar pada sebuah customer service yang paling teruk pernah aku jumpa. Nanti aku cerita lebih lanjut. Dah petang. Nak kemas-kemas balik ni. Aku memang takde mood gila..

Your service is very lousy. I just received an updates from ***** customer service agent that i am required to submit a new application if i still want to apply **** and extend the installment period. Is that mean, every time my loan get approval with condition, need to submit a new application? i only knew this after numbers of call that i have been making since last month! Why the first agent who attend my call did not advice me about this on the first place is still a mystery.
Seriously i'm truly frustrated with your services. Each time i called customer service i get different answer. In the end, i don't get what i want and only wasting my time calling them.
I don't understand your bank policy. Initially i applied for rm*** but X years repayment. I did not even receive any notification about this. I only knew the fact when i call your customer service which has given me different answer every time. I was told that your bank only can approve rm*** for X years repayment. However, i still want the rm**** or at least ****. So i prefer to extend the repayment period. Instead of X years that i initially applied for, i would not mind to extend the years of payment to Y years if you could approve the amount. However, i was asked to submit a new application for this. This doesnt make sense at all. So, if i submit a new application and if you only can approve rm***. Then i need to submit a new application again if i still want the rm***?
If you cannot respond to my email with a decent answer with in 2 business day please don't bother to reply at all. Now i knew that ***** has the worst customer service ever.
Thanks to the loan i tried to apply.
btw, why you need 3 business day just to give me below kind of template answer?

Orang lain buat customer service, ko pun nak buat. Tapi service macam $#$*&*. Hangin gila aku.
Kepada sesiapa yang kerja customer service, nasib korang la kalau dapat customer macam aku. Aku sendiri pernah kerja customer service. Aku tau standard nak service orang macam mana. Kalau takat janji nak call setengah jam kemudian. Lepas tu aku tunggu tak call call. Bila aku call balik kata dia call tapi aku tak angkat. Mati-mati kata dia call dua kali. Aku cakap nih. Aku peduli apa ko kata dah call. Yang penting aku tak dapat call tu mangkuk! Kalau call tak dapat guna lah option lain (eg : hantar email) bodoh nak mampus benda macam tu pun tak boleh pikir ke? Ke customer service ni maksudnya biaq pi lah customer meroyan menatang apa kat telefon. Just make sure diorang letak phone dengan perasaan puas ati walau pun korang menipu!
Shujin memang suruh aku call kalau bab-bab customer service ni. Sebab kalau aku hangin memang masak la mamat yang angkat call tu. Jangan harap nak bagi jawapan nak lepaskan diri je. Lagi-lagi time mood aku swing macam hari ni.

Biasalah Rai kat mana lagi nak melepaskan geram kalau tak kat blog. dari lepaskan family.biasalah cik ina pun hangin gak kalau kat tempat ko.
