What i hate the most about year end

Assalamualaikum

Aku paling benci bila nak dekat hujung tahun. Mungkin ramai yang happy sebab nak dapat bonus. Tapi bila mengingatkan the fact that the managers and bosses will try as much as they can to give poor rating to the staff so that they don't have to pay much for the staff's performance bonus or increment, aku rasa sakit hati gila.

But, both side is fighting. Bak kata mommy Fara. Kita hanya mentimun. Nak fight lebih-lebih pun tak guna jugak sebab apa yang bos cakap dah tentu lebih memberi kesan dari apa yang kita cakap.

In the end, we are still working to help other people build their castle.
